Return and Refund Policy for SOIN Consumer Care

Thank you for choosing SOIN Consumer Care. We strive to provide high-quality products, and your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Returns:

We accept returns within 15 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds:

Refunds are not in cash - once you transfer the amount of your order you cannot cancel your order.

The client will get a Coupon of Same amount which can be used immediately or duration of one month. 

Furthermore, you can get the Coupon by contacting through our customer service number or via Email.

3. Exchanges:

Once you receive your order it can be exchanged within 7 days. After 7 days you are not eligible for our exchange policy. Exchange is only applicable if you have original slip and Packing. Once you open the seal of Product you cannot exchange it.

If your new product Price is less than the old Product remaining amount will not be refundable

 4. Shipping:

The customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at soinstaff@gmail.com

with your order number and reason for return.

6. Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven't received a refund within the specified time frame, please check your bank account first. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at soinstaff@gmail.com

7. Changes to this Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By making a purchase from SOIN Consumer Care, you agree to and acknowledge this return and refund policy.

8. Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a 50% refund will be processed, and the remaining 50% will be retained to cover handling and restocking costs. The credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.

Please note that this policy applies to eligible returns within 15 days of the purchase date.
